Outside chance here, but does anyone have a camera and a tripod they could bring for the eXtv crew to use for our cast production? We have a webcam and I'm bringing my green screen setup, but a real camera would be preferred over a webcam.
Also,I believe everyone should be able to start registering teams on http://intranet.fites.net/tournaments.php?id=29 We are gonna move ahead with the Season15 ESEA whitelist (was tempted to go w/ CEVO's more up to date list, but I think allowing QF would hurt the newer players more than help them). Barring a final discussion with Shoctor regarding our timeframe for the tournament, I think we're leaning towards a single elim tourney with every round being bo3 30 min maps. Always love to hear opinions.

I checked with Shoctor, my admin buddy over at FITES, but he's powerless in this situation since they're paired up with Intel.. the ball is in their court. The policy on the website says they refund up to a week before hand (-$2 in administration fees), if you submitted your ticket before then you should be good to go. You can still transfer tickets, maybe someone is still looking to buy?

No, fites is in my backyard pretty much, but I go to LANs to see my friends, and most of my friends (7 and counting) have canceled for fites. That and still no team, just don't see the point in going now.

Forgot to mention this earlier, but don't bring wireless headsets and mice if you can help it. I had my blutooth headset last summer and it disconnected constantly, I assume from all the interference with other peoples.

The tournament will be held in a double elimination format with the Grand Finals being a best of 3. The Upper Bracket winners will pick the 1st and 3rd maps to be played while the team from the Lower Bracket will pick the 2nd map.
