ok so a little while ago after i downloaded budhud and i noticed that my keyboard was delayed by alot like 2 to 5 seconds of delay and i dont know how to fix it i tried:

reinstalling tf2
turning off vsync
verifying cache
reinstalling(again)
removing budhud

and its not my internet, im starting to believe its the servers that im playing on that are creating this delay and i tried looking online to see if there was a solution and i had no luck.
did anyone who had this problem before have the solution?

never had such issue, but you can always check if your pc has viruses and what not
also try running tf2 on another account to see if there's some retarded stuff in your steam cloud for tf2

have you tried the keyboard on a different pc/laptop to see if its the keyboard itself?

I had the same problem on my LAPTOP. The solution for me was just to plug the charger in and play while my laptop was charging, if youre on PC im sorry i have no idea for a fix...

If you want to rule out if it's the servers you're playing on you could just create a local server(e.g training against bots) and see if the problem persists.
The thing eek suggested might be related to the Windows Power Plan. If you plug a laptop into the wall it will usually change the power plan from balanced or energy saving into high performance mode.
You could try going into the control panel and make sure that your power plan is set to high performance (control panel -> Power Options)
