TF2 Crashes Every Time I Pick a Class Ingame

I am using Windows 10, and I have tried many different methods, such as type -autoexec into launch option, delete stuff in custom files, and uninstall the game. I don't know why but it always crashes the moment I choose a class in any server. Please help me with my serious issue, thanks.

It's -autoconfig not -autoexec

and check if you have steamcloud sync on
