How to make a STV behave as a first person demo?

If I have an STV demo what is the command I would use to make it go to someone's point of view and show their health and damage numbers and stuff?

iirc you have to have the very own pov demo to get those, not possible through stv

Hitsounds, combat text, and health are not a thing you can do... however you can use a custom HUD, chroma key (via Sony Vegas) and a little editing to get highlighted killnotices. This is what beater does (I think) and this video does a pretty good job explaining how to do that.

iirc you can use statusspec or some plugin to make certain players' killfeed notifications white

as lias said, there will always be distinct differences like with viewmodel fov, damage numbers/damage indicators, hitsounds, etc.

pretty sure stvs show health and (though in most huds it normally looks different from spectator vs first person) there are ways to edit this and make it more aesthetically appealing

edit:

DavidTheWinThe feature in statusspec is broken atm

makes me wonder what beater did to make his most recent shrugger legacy video

Statusspec is only slightly broken. The "statusspec_localplayer_set_current_target" command will make your game crash, but "statusspec_localplayer_player x" still works. It's pretty bothersome to go through all of the players to find the right target, but other than that it works just like before.

You can't see their ammo, damage numbers or hitsounds, and I don't know of any way to do that using an stv. You can see their health, so you could theoretically edit the HUD to make it look like a POV demo.
