honestly this looks like a fun weapon concept, just give it really bad damage fall-off so you're not beaming people across the map.

depends on what you wanna get better at. If you're aim/DM is rusty, then I would probably mge or pub, maybe tr_walkway practice as someone mentioned. once you're a bit warmer, then I'd start pugging against the best competition you can find.

if all you plan to do is just play pubs, I probably wouldn't bother too much. The state of the casual experience of this game is just not very fun to me. If you're going to pug/get into comp then I would say try it out for a while, It's a lot of fun if you play with some good people.

skip newbie mixes if you have that many hours honestly. When I started playing comp, I had less than 1k hours, but I could still easily skip to UGC silver in my first season. I reckon that with 2k hours, you could probably do something similar. I recommend finding a team in UGC in at least the iron or steel division and playing with them.

I'm pretty sure that taking the time to figure out the basic trajectory of a sticky would've been a lot easier than creating this.

To add on the cup idea, I think that we could have our "regular seasons" be a few games to place a seeding into the cups. Maybe like 4-6 games (only 2-3 weeks) and then a cup. I think the cups should be split into at least 2 weekends however because it would allow for the better teams to recuperate and create new strategies for the next and final week of the cup. Also, the people who like to go outside on weekends can actually do that this way.
