in population centers yes, but not rural areas especially in atlantic canada where the majority of the population may live many hours away from larger areas or hospitals, not to mention the atrocious hospital quality/ wait times in atlantic canada even before this outbreak
atlantic gang. hospital wait times are crazy here and there aren't even any confirmed cases in nova scotia yet. wait time for 811 is like 8 hours. can't wait
