I remember feeling super good about myself doing a badlands + process demo rollout with the oculus rift. fun times!
There you go, vile. I edited my post.
Depends on amount of heals + damage taken and speed of game, how aggressive you are on mids etc. Id say close to 300 is about par
via - It's the most dynamic mid point in the game. It's also a koth map so it is a pretty much never-ending midfight with limitless possibilities.
badlands - One of the points where uber/no uber matters very little. It's all about solid communication to make sure your flank doesn't get exposed, meanwhile you are contesting a point which is stupidly easy for a demoman to damage defensively from almost any position near the spire, then playing the numbers + hel game
well - Attacking this in the old days was great, though it did favour the attackers tbh. You'd often just trade ubers and send half your team up top above the point and get height advantage, then laugh at the other team. We didn't run a huge amount of utilities back in the day; it may be harder to attack now, though it is hard to get early warning of where the other team is coming from.
somewhat bump.
It's not necessarily "the meta" that made the finals underwhelming, it was rather how strong Newbee are, and an outdraft. VG drafted facerush, while Newbee drafted better lanes. Not only that, this "meta" that has been recently cycled in (this style was real popular by the Chinese back in '11) has become more popular due to the fairly recent passive gold buff, t1 tower nerfs, and buyback nerf.
Heroes that just stall fights/disengage needed to be picked more by VG. I know that he was banned in like 2(?) of the 4 games, but they needed to think of some other heroes (THD? combine with darkseer? iono), with pugna being banned out too.
Do you guys even bunnyhop?! How the hell does a scroll wheel stuff up that quickly o_O
PenguinIs resting my middle finger on the scroll wheel and only right clicking with my ring finger weird or
No. Quite a few people do that (pvh being one I believe?) I rest my middle finger on my scroll wheel a lot because I like to bunnyhop randomly, and right-click with the same finger.
I just noticed that now, too.
EDIT: seems to be every explosion (that is not directly on the floor)? I dunno if this is just placebo or not, tho.
Air_VXIOW: literally give me one month to fully memorize the strats and the gamesense required to play in high level competitions and i guarantee you ill be invite within a month
VXIOW: literally so easy its a joke
who
AoshimaI think this is actually intentional- if two projectiles collide in midair they cancel out. You can block a huntsman arrow with another huntsman arrow, for example.
And you can block a rocket with a crossbow bolt.
This is true, though it very rarely happens; unlike tfc, where it happens all the damn time.
