Having trouble with streamers/casters. Hopefully there will be one up in about 30 minutes @ http://twitch.tv/ozfortresstfc
Can't choose one so I'll say two: hong and seagull :D my earliest inspirations for tf2
owlI'll still be here
Never watched anime and never will
You never watched DBZ, pokemon, yugioh? what a childhood
Just a sneaky little update - we're planning on having an ozfortress TFC allstars show match this weekend! It's looking to be Sunday @ 20:30 GMT+10
It will be streamed and casted, so if you wanted a good look at some high level TFC this will be your opportunity to do so! I'll keep this thread updated
Yeah, I may turn it back on again and see how it goes.
These are pretty cool. Am I the only one that can't really play with these as soldier, though? Maybe it's because I am out of practice for the class, but my spam game just feels really shit with these on. I can't properly gauge explosion distance from enemies :/
good job shitting up a thread with your injokes boys. I eagerly await more

And u guys thought I was trolling...smh :/
was a given for the amount of scrims he was playing with them, really.

Hi all!
Maybe you have seen our stream pop up on the right every now and then, maybe you haven't. Regardless, we're here and we like playing the predecessor to your favourite game!
Starting soon is season 8 of the ozfortress TFC league since the recent revival about two years ago. We have had a variety of players come and go, but most of us are here to stick here for the long run to continue playing the game that we enjoy.
This league is different to most leagues. Since we are such a small community, teams are not necessarily "choose what players you like"; each player is given a rating (out of 20 if I am wrong). Ratings are averaged across teams of 4 players and we kind of go from there to focus on having a good time, instead of making a team of the four best players. Everyone gets a shot!
Here's the vod of our most recent finals - season 7.

Sure it's a 16 year old game, but it's a lot of fun to play and hopefully you guys will be interested by it and watch some time. It is very fast paced so it will probably look very confusing at first, but maybe you'll watch a few games after being interested and get into it a little bit!
It comes with time playing the game.
Review your own demos, other players/team's demos. Get a feel for how aggressive you can be in certain situations, when to fall back, when to spam, avoiding damage. It's so hard to just say one, two, three or even more things for you to do - just play really.
b4nny has an excellent stream where he does a lot of demo reviews and has a fantastic insight to the game. Go check out some of his vods or watch him some time
I have a bunch of random povs/demo reviews on my yt which are kinda old, but still somewhat relevant.

There are plenty of other resources out there for you. Combine them with playing and over time you will improve
good luck
Theres some off map on snakewater and gullywash at the very least I believe!
meatshot emote!
