I do not believe you get to just pick and choose things that are biological constructs like height, sex, or race. Obviously though if you were white and born in China you would be Chinese.

my opinion on this whole culture is that it's complete garbage, you are what you are, and obviously the people in the video contradict themselves (when they start saying things like "you just aren't" (a 6foot chinese woman).. why aren't they saying the same for a male who identifies as a female?

The highest it's going to is 131hz
Means you're doing something wrong.. What windows are you using?

I tried it and mouserate is still reporting an average of 125hz?
try downclocking the mouse, if it downclocks then it means that your mouse doesn't support overclocking over 125hz.
if it stays at 125hz then something went wrong in the process.

What version of PVHUD is this?

Changes I made (that I can recall) are;
- All the stuff from this pastebin (http://pastebin.com/PgFPLkkG)
- Made main menu the default one (as I have no idea what I'm doing with menus really, was crashing otherwise)
- Made hudtournament.res the default one (not sure if it was default already)
- Moved KOTH timers a bit lower down from the top to compensate for the new stuff at the top in matchmaking
- Added TLR Crosshair with optional shadow (for my own personal use, but just left it in as another xhair option)
Again somebody more capable could probably do this much better than I have, so feel free to.
To save people searching

this includes:
- working scoreboard
- round 1, 2, winner, etc. sign animations
- vault door animation
- round timer in matchmaking
- end screen stats + drawing
- working individual ready up system
- competitive button added to main menu
special thanks to omni for his "update your hud for mm" guides
and thanks to f_blue for his broeselhud_blue ready up elements borrowed to make this work
there's no timer/countdown when readying up for MM

If you're on AMD:
- Use Display Driver Uninstaller (basically uninstalls your driver completely)
- Restart and make sure no AMD folders are left on your PC (Check C:\Program Files)
- Download & Install "AMD Radeon 15.6 beta windows 8.1" (YEP I KNOW IT SAYS WINDOWS 8.1 BUT YOU USE WINDOWS 10)
- Enjoy stretched 4:3
