JCONNORmy game crashes immediately after I open it. i was playing like 2 seconds ago and i just closed it to get the update.

Known issue with XP/server 2003. Only thing you can do is wait for a fix.
Widespread issue with XP/server 2003 involving kernel32.dll which has both clients and server ops complaining everywhere. TF2 doesn't have a previous version branch unlike CS:GO's, so the only thing you can really do at this point is poke Valve and wait.
TuggerReddit is somewhat known for its generosity, I'm not sure who made this post but upvote if you guys can. The attention can only help.
Even though it's for a (presumably) good cause, vote rigging isn't permitted sitewide. It'll probably do more harm than good if you link to it.
FYI critical exploits have been and can still be fixed without publicly available details on how to do them. Not only when you responsibly disclose them, you're also not being a total dick to the rest of the community!
