On 29 March 2023, 17:32 I have recieved my first ban from the ETF2L.
2 years for Inappropriate Behavior/Harassment.
On April 3rd I have wrote a ticket trying to understand the reason behind this ban.

After some DM'S with the people who have reported me, they have let me know that while they were on bad terms with me they have used past chats we've had against me and wrote reports using them and that they were sorry for it.
In the ticket I have wrote to the staff I explained this with screenshots of the conversations with the response being that they "don't give out key information to ensure no further issues comes up" followed by telling me that the ban is not a big deal because I'm not very active in the league.
I have asked Kaylus to speak to the people who have reported me to clear this up which he has ignored. One of the people who have reported me has also asked to be added to the ticket to talk about the situation which was also ignored.
After pointing out Kaylus's dislike of me he has refused to further speak in the ticket.
I have tried asking other admins to have a look at the ticket but I have been ignored.
After waiting for 1 week I posted this message in the general chat of their discord:
"Hello @League Admin !
It has been a week since I was ghosted by Kaylus in the ticket I've made :D
Am I supposed to just give up on defending myself or is someone willing to read what I've said in that ticket...
I'm being banned for 2 years, over harrassment where the people who have reported me both admit to have overreacted and didnt want me banned in the screenshots that I have sent in the ticket with one of them asking if he could talk to the admins in defense of me, and it's all just being ignored, and even worse being told by Kaylus that "I don't play much anymore so it shouldn't be a big deal."
How is this okay? How can you just assume banning someone for 2 years is not a big deal because they have been busy with things outside of ETF2L and weren't able to play?
Even worse, how was I supposed to defend myself if the people who reported me still disliked me and didn't want to help me out?
This isnt a cheating ban where it makes sense to refuse to explain your reasoning behind it, it's an "innapropriate behaviour/harrassment' ban where I know who reported me and why.
And why is this a 2 year ban? I have had no previous bans...there have been people banned for reasons such as severe racism and they have had less harsh punishments. Where is the consistency in that?"
The message was deleted after 10 minutes and I have been given a permanent mute in all chats on their server.
This was followed by the 7 day ban of one of my friends that pointed this out with the reason being "just don't".

After all the bans and mutes were issued Kaylus went in the DM's of one of the people who have reported me asking for personal DM's to publicly shame me so that I would stay quiet about this.
