There is no modules.cfg file in tf/cfg/user for me, and adding the file location isn't working.

For some reason my modules are't being applied, and the console says that the modules.log isn't found. I can't find it in my tf files.

Hi does anyone know if tf2 should run better with hyperthreading disabled? With it disabled it gives me more consistent framerates. My CPU is an i5 8300h, a quad-core.
