Fucks sake Valve, get some decent tech support. I mentioned multiple times to them that it works to play in offline mode and it also works to play on other accounts and that it 100% cannot be a problem on my end and they give me this shit. Fuck you valve. Fuck you

I got the same and I posted my dumps and diagnostics report. Which is really fucking dumb because the problem is 100% at their end. But whatever.

I just reached rank 10 the day before yesterday, which was the last time I was able to launch TF2.

It is definitely matchmaking related, there's no other logical explanation.

This is my experience with this issue;
So today when I wanted to play some TF2 I couldn't get the game to launch. I got this error message http://i.imgur.com/LDy1wyr.png I've tried the following;
Removed my custom folder
Verified the game cache (3 times)
Rebooted, also 3 times
Deleted the files items_game.txt as suggested in http://www.teamfortress.tv/34874 (and verified game cache afterwards)
Reinstalled the whole game and all traces of it.
All of this was done with steam cloud disabled (haven't used that in years). I even tried enabling it and disabling it again but nothing...
It works in offline mode AND on my alt-account. This is really concering me... Anyone know what else to do?

In addition to Wiethoofd's post I'm missing four features:

• The ability to adjust the volume on the text-to-speech
  
• Set a length for the notification
  
• Allow multiple games, at the moment you can set either TF2 OR CS:GO but not both at the same time.
  
• Being able to ban certain people from donating
