Well I use greens(which are just stiffer blues) with o-rings and I can still feel a denser bump towards then. I got my old mech with blues I could test out with an o-ring if you want an accurate response.

edit: its just about the same with my blues there isn't a noticeable bottom out sound compared to they keys without the o-rings but you can still feel it.
