ok thank u friends i just wanted to make sure!

so im currently moving to a different house on the outskirts of my town, and apparently the highest download speed we would be able to get is 25 mbps (with other isps in that area offering 15-20 mpbs). i don't know too much about internet speeds, but comparing to the 200 mbps we would usually get, 25 sounds pretty terrible, and maybe unplayable.
i was wondering if any of you guys have faced that type of situation, and if competitive tf2 (or just tf2 in general) would be playable??
