osu won't help you aim (in fact, it makes me worse and I need time to adjust back to tf2 after playing it) but it's fun
also the OP of this thread has become one of the biggest mappers in the osu community which is a funny coincidence
edit: for your question there is no conversion from osu to tf2 sensitivity since they are literally in different dimensions. Can't convert 2d to 3d
