as for mousepads I recently bought the aqua control + in like an xxl size, pretty psyched to see how it does
I mean dont get me wrong, there are very few top aimers that I know that use palm. Palm definitely limits full aim potential (for most people). But you should use a grip which is most natural and comfortable for you.
Also its not just boardzy that thinks palm grip is bad, every grip has its pros and cons. Palm is the most comfortable for long gaming sessions but is the most restricted in terms of degrees of freedom. If claw/ftip its causing you strain, burning sensation and inflammation in your joints then youre doing it wrong and should stick with palm. When I switched from palm to fingertip there was a transition period of discomfort, it wasnt anything unbearable or bad like the things I mentioned above.
