There have been European players (Boomeh) who cheated online and then played just as good, if not better, at lan. Proving yourself at lan doesn't really prove anything if someone has actively been caught cheating.

the admins put my team in prem instead of div2 where it belonged because i signed us up a day late. i even sent them a picture of me crying but it didnt change their mind. we were regularly beaten in scrims by div2 teams.

flick pocket scout straight out of div2
spend 100 more on a used aeron from ebay/marketplace, do everything in your power to go collect it, keep it for 20 years

if you want to upgrade for a general-use monitor i would say wait a year or two for the new 4k 32inch oled panels to be released or the 1440p 27inch 360hz oled panels. innovation on the oled front is being pushed wayyy more than anything LCD-wise. i dont think its worth buying new monitors with LCD panels when the technology is this stagnant
