I changed my dxlevel to 90 so I could use mat_phong 0 but it kept crashing so I went back to dxlevel 81 but it still keeps crashing. I verified the game cache and restart my computer completely and still nothing changed.

i have a question, my lawena isn't working even though i downloaded the newest version and everything can someone help me out?

but Psi, this comes from experience- i don't mind trolls, but when you're actually rude and don't control what you say to people then you can be called toxic. but everyone is toxic at times so it really shouldn't even phase you. And what you said about the hating on people for upfrags is true I've seen it so much. just forget about tf2 it doesn't have much time left anyway
