What practices, actions, or thought processes have helped you improve the most? I recently got hit with a wave of motivation to get better at video games and am looking for some advice to help me be efficient in doing so. Many thanks.

These guys are being dicks, sure. I'm in agreement with you on that one. However, taking it to a public forum isn't going to make anything better for you. You should've realized that after the first thread went over well with the community and these things still persisted. All you're doing is giving these little fuckheads a spotlight, the community has already come to the conclusion that these people are gremlins. They don't hate black people, gay people, trans, whatever the fuck. They're just trying to make people mad for fun (which is still immature and winceworthy).
