I've heard some bad stories about those pills but that's just me. Id recommend going to the gym twice a week and just eating healthier foods instead of resorting to un-natural pills to solve the problem. You may not be giving your body enough nutrients and it could eventually effect you.

What kind of router do you have? I know the reason i was getting lag spikes is because the channel my router was using wasnt distributing the full capacity of bandwidth it could. I called the router company and they fixed it by switching to a higher Ghz channel

Inconsistent FPS

I think it has to do with how much is going on ingame. I find i get like 300+ fps on jump_beef where the map is all brown and there isnt too many other players in game. On the flipside, When im playing a badlands middle in a scrim, my fps drop's do around 80-100 because there is a lot more stuff happening. I may be wrong about that but the same goes for your respawn room issue.
