I was playing matchmaking last night with my homie and I finally abandoned because I was sick of you (20 ping) farming me (200 ping) in stockholm servers

I moved locally, to a region that had similar internet quality/routing to my last place.

However, at my new apartment I am no longer the only person using the internet. Now I get intermittent lag spike where I become one of those players that moves in glitchy slo-mo. I suspect these occurences are when my roommates are downloading or something, because I can occasionally cause it for myself when I have a youtube video buffering for instance.

Will a wired connection help me? I hear it's noticeably better in general, so maybe it will fix my problem.

Pyro could be fixed by removing minicrits on reflect, removing airblast's ability to affect player movement, and probably making airblasting more difficult via smaller aim/timing margins. In exchange, the class should considerable buffs to movement and range damage. I'm imagining the flamethrower working like the quake plasma gun, with plasma climbing and reflect.

Remember watching this guy 3rd person slam on streams a few years ago. Months back I wondered what happened to him since he dropped off the face of the earth. Sadly there's no VODs of him or his play that I can find.

I was in a valve pub when suddenly the map changes. No round end or time up. I was placed into a matchmaking game with others from the pub, maybe 14 or so were redirected. Funny thing I'm f2p and don't even have a beta pass.

Crossbow heals are frankly overpowered, disrupt team DM scenarios in a negative way, and aren't very mechanically skillful or exciting.

If you are not ctaping (in certain situations that call for distance/speed) you are playing soldier incorrectly. It's not that hard to learn and it makes a huge difference especially with ubers.
