altraNot sure if this is really as blatant as everyone is saying it is...
That video quality is garbage and its really impossible to tell any precise crosshair movement from that video. If you look at the clip that ecko posted (https://streamable.com/tp3p0l) the snappiness is a lot more clear but it only happens for like 2 seconds on stv from a 32 man mge server.
Don't get me wrong this is definitely sus, but this looks a lot more like a witch hunt of salty players than an accusation with concrete evidence.
I think there should be some pov demos released to the public before everyone in the community starts shitting on one person for questionable evidence.
the admins have evidence unreleased to the public :)

Im pretty skeptical about lowering my refresh rate in any way after reading this stuff, but I think most people would be anyway as usually people div2+ arent gonna bother for the looks and would rather the best performance even if tf2 looks like a game from 1998

have him watch demos of higher level players, and have him do map reviews aswell so he understands his role on each map and what he should be doing. Flank scout is GENERALLY pretty simple given you're playing pretty normally so it shouldnt take too long for him to understand his role on the team
yeah also just turn him into an MGE creature and the game will play itself
