seems to be linked to reloading/firing/changing weapons and opening new menus for me
the more you change weapons and open said menu, the less it lags
edit: also walking into new area portals

Ok, I'm doing some serious guesswork here:
Since the new flamethrower has a "repressurization" mechanic for both airblast and primary fire, I'm going to guess that it repressurises at the rate that airblast does currently, which is 0.75 seconds (rocket launcher is 0.8), which would mean that the default fire rate is 0.75 seconds.
"+50% repressurization rate on hit", means that the fire speed goes to 0.5 seconds on hit, if this stacks, it would go to 0.375 then 0.25 seconds.
It does 75 damage to burning players, first 3 shots do 175 damage in 1.25 seconds

The syringe gun isn't a "single shot" weapon

You will be reloading after every shot, like the flare gun.
I'm guessing that this repressurisation thing is a new alternative to ammo for the pyro, I don't know how fast it'll recharge.

i know they're planning on changing flame mechanics, but currently the flame particles come out at the pyro's speed + their speed (or something like that), meaning that this jetpack could potentially give flamethrower crazy range if you can jetpack forward
