Regarding windowed border-less and fullscreen

From my own experience; on borderless I get input lag. Used it for ages and then switched to fullscreen and there was a very noticeable difference. Never noticed any fps differences though.

i used to have this problem too. in steam settings -> in-game and try out different values on "Max pings / minute" and use the highest that your internet can handle.
