Dollypendaisn't the no offclassing just saying no full-time offclassing?
players can still ofclass but only a certain percentage of time.
You can literally make lobbies that are no offclass allowed.
You can't, you can, however, limit offclassing to last holds/pushes.

DollyThe fact that you can have non-offclass lobbies and permasniping is banned is so retarded.
Possessing this option allows for people to take part in semi-serious lobbies, so that every lobby isn't just an offclassing discombobulation.
DollyAs a community we argue that 6's is the best gamemode opposed to highlander because of the offclassing, the fact that you can change class at any time and use the classes to their unique strengths
I don't think offclassing is the main decider between the best gamemode currently in TF2, but it is just a small factor of what makes 6s so much fun.
DollyBeing a retard and trolling is a different matter and an extremity, because retards and trolls are in every community ever not just gaming, so I don't think that should be associated with this, but I legit think it's dumb how the tfccenter admins are encouraging even more toxic behavior "NOO OFFCLASING PREPARE TO GET BANNED CUNT!", considering how it's supposed to be a friendly site for newbies.
Running perma-offclasses in 6s is the definition of toxic behavior, which is why they ban it. The 6s meta has been established for a long time, and if you break the 6s meta, you're no longer playing 6s the way its supposed to be played.
DollyI'm willing to be open about this topic but I think it's unnecessarily restrictive, especially for a class that's literally(usually) viable full time
Unless the person permasniping is hitting all of their shots and is in the highest levels of TF2 (which the majority of people playing TF2 Center are not in), then permasniping would certainly not be viable at all.

The pieces aren't just going to fall right into place when you get a completely new roster after doing "ok" in open.
Granted, frenzy is a knowledgeable player who can probably do decent in IM due to doing well in open and can lead the team in the right direction, but seriously.you should do well in open then make the step to IM, with the same or most of the same players imo

There are occasions where I get "burnt out" or bored of a specific class, but tf2 is a wonderful game where you can play more than one class, which is why it keeps it interesting, thus lowering the chances of me getting burnt out.
Everything about the competitive scene is addictive, which is why I'm still here.
