For the mappool I'd recommend the staples:
badlands (pro?)
granary (pro?)
process
snakewater
gullywash
viaproduct
The 7th map has always been up in the air and every league is different on their 7th, with ESEA even using 8, but I'd recommend using sunshine because it has been used in every league at one point and is generally more liked than either of metalworks or reckoner.
