How do i Get good at scout?

its all about trial and error. if you fight soldiers/scout and constantly get fucked you might someday figure it out by just trying new things.
i suck tbh but i someday figured out that against soldiers you can try to jump to dodge rockets instead of just running around him.
just play i wouldnt watch videos tbh since that will make that stuff not get burnt into your brain.

More carry potential for medic

Hey guys, I know this seems ridiculous but I just played some Valve MM and all guys in my team sucked. But I can only play Medic and my team couldnt do shit even doh i healed them. And i WOndered if you guys from valve could give the Medic more dmagame. I was thinking of some syrigne gun or some medigun which heals and deals damage like sombra in overwatch but you cant uber then.
