i would just like to say the brit player people were talking about, drezzo who got vacced about a week ago, got unbanned today due to a false ban wave. Apparently the false ban stats are this:
'We’re talking a statistic of 0.13% where that has ever happened. ( 2751398 bans, 3759 unbans.)'

I dont know if this is relevant but i have 7 down and have huge ping spikes when people in my house watch youtube. When people arent streaming videos i get stable 40 ping to france.

#25 FPS decreased massively since Tough Break Update. in Q/A Help

I have been having similar problems, the first few days after the update i was able to stabilize my frames by reducing my res to 1280 720 (and comanglias cfg). But recently i have been dropping to 60 fps in team fights and my game just doesnt feel the same. Chris' high frames has helped a bit but i still have fps drops below 100
