it's not that anyone thinks he was actually ratehacking, dudes. it's that he was running around basically unhittable and froyo didn't (couldn't? wouldn't?) get a sub for him.
Everyone who has played this game for more than a season or two knows how infuriating it is to play against warping opponents and for the admins to be unable or unwilling to force a sub is pretty silly imo.
