brooky12So for those who've done it before, what's the best way to not crumble after your first season of Open (assuming you don't do too well)?
figure out who is really committed to getting better and don't be hesitant to move on from people who don't have the same goals in mind as you
stay committed to the game but don't burn yourself out. If you all really love scrimming then do it all the time but it's not always the end of the world to take some nights off
here's the thing
everyone thinks they have the best player available committed to their team
nobody actually does
terrible, contacts but i think i have a pair of glasses somewhere
ah yes cloudmaker is back in IM i'm so fucking excited for your team's meltdown
This calls to mind every single good memory I've ever had about pubbing this game. Thank you for posting it and reminding me why I actually fell in love with tf2.
1:44 AM - raytek: u should prestige
1:44 AM - raytek: turn those blue stars gold!!
1:44 AM - the real owl :): I WISH I COULD
can we make this an option
fatswimdudei shitpost ironically haha i love forums !
upfrag me !
! !
your name is fatswimdude bruh please do not talk about irony ever
add me if ur in open i want to talk to u
the dumpster didnt exist when i started posting so you've been given a nice advantage in shitposting
i only recognize you as a shitposter though and you may want to change that or you'll get a reputation like cloudmaker's
it's probably safe to post a lot in dumpster threads but you should definitely diversify
open happenings threads are where i made the bulk of my posts back in the day
as long as you post content no amount is too much
making a dumb joke or shittalking someone does count as content so don't shy away from that it's what made mason famous
start out by making really nice thought out posts for about a year or so so you can get +frags regularly
then just post the dumbest most sarcastic shit you can on every thread you get inspiration for
don't make new threads just post in other people's
don't ask for +frags from your friends
