Exclude dead PUGs as being part of your record that shows up when you're added up for PUGs. I know it's not the most urgent suggestion but it sucks to have a bunch of losses from PUGs that didn't even start.
Also, I'm not sure how the Halloween hats are saved (are they?) but when I rejoined after 2 months of inactivity, all of the hats I got during that event were gone.
Can PUGs die automatically if no players show up to the server after 10-15 minutes? I'm not sure how RGL kills PUGs but there are times where people are trapped in a PUG with a bad password server for over 30 minutes with no way to fix it automatically so they can't requeue, which has gotten worse this month due to the Scream Fortress patches.

There are some people that I've come to recognize who aren't worth 30+ minutes of self-flagellation in order to tenuously tolerate them as a medic playing on the same pug team; I'm not particularly interested in finding out who else is just as unconstructive and mentally taxing to play with in the year 2024.
