I used this for a long time:

alias none ""All it does is automatically release crouch when you jump and fire at the same time. You still have to time the crouch before shooting and jumping, but if you're having trouble releasing crouch at the right time this can help.
It helped me get down the timing of c-tapping. Once I got used to how a proper c-tap felt, and how far I could go with it I stopped using it and got used to doing it manually.
