THE SWITCH IS BROKEN INSOM RMA OR GET A NEW MOUSE. There's a special screw you have to remove then everything should fall out relatively easily. 0/100 chance the switch "got stuck"

Yeah the little clicky switch for the mouse is broken. I had the exact same issue and had to rebuy an ec1 because of this. You need to take out the screws out from the bottom of the mouse and remove the stickers. Just buy a new mouse unless you know how to solder a new switch on.
Heres a pic of what the switch looks like. If it's not clicking anymore it's broken.
