If installing the style from the page still doesn't work, I would recommend just copying the CSS into a new style as a workaround (which you may have already done).

CazaroCidk if its only with me but it doesnt fully work with tf2 stars (just a white box with a flag)

I actually didn't know about the TF2 S.T.A.R.S. browser extension, so thank you for the report and showing me something new. This should be fixed now! If you visit the style page at https://userstyles.org/styles/152997/logs-tf-dark-theme, you can update your copy of the style.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure why it wouldn't show up in your Stylish list. Out of curiosity, which browser are you using? The style seems to install correctly on Google Chrome and Firefox Nightly for me.
