Birdyrocksand yes it is fucking awful i tried to get a refund earlier this year and wanted the money put back into my bank account but the guy at steam support told me that wasn't possible and when i asked him why it wasn't possible he told me he had already answered me and wouldn't reply anymore.
I thought their policy was if you wanted a refund it could be transferred into steam currency?
