no yeah this guy cheats, i played against him in ugc 6s on cp_process he never shoots until the crosshair lands on the targets head. one time i ran at him from choke when hes next to sewer door and he didnt fire at all but the whole entire time he was trying to move his mouse to my head. he couldnt do it so i killed him.
