yeah it appears that enigma's pov messed up my config, restarting autoexec fixed it perfectly fine.

Every time i taunt my character locks on crouch once the taunt is over and i can't do anything about it, can't jump, can't un-crouch... i spam ctrl and spacebar and nothing changes!
Most recent thing i changed on my autoexec/cfg was "cl_downloadfilter mapsonly" which is completely unrelated so i doubt removing it will solve this.
Also watched an enigma pov demo and i know sometimes demo povs can corrupt configs.
This also happens when i go underwater and get bonked by a sandman ball.
