#18 ESEA S20 W1 – Meat Market vs. MAD LUXURIOUS in Matches

thirty-seven years I am still at my computer. Overwatch failed, allowing Valve to buy out Blizzard. eSports is now broadcast on national television, relegating NFL to a daytime slot. Valve has released TF7 to much fanfare, but everyone is bored after froyotech has won its 212th consecutive tournament. Killing is still waiting to reschedule Meat Market vs. Mad Luxurious

#4 ESEA Client not running without admin password. in Q/A Help

i remember there was a way to whitelist uac on specific applications on w7, let me see if i can find that article.

edit: found it, not sure if this works in newer windows though http://lifehacker.com/how-to-eliminate-uac-prompts-for-specific-applications-493128966

#2 ESEA Client not running without admin password. in Q/A Help

the shield is part of a windows security feature called user account control. it helps keep programs from changing important things in windows without the user's consent.

you can set uac off (not recommended but its possible) in the settings: type "user account control" in the windows search bar and select the option to change its settings. then drag the slider down to the lowest possible setting.

again i do not recommend doing this but if your dad can't give you the password that's how you do it.

#7 Am I being scammed? (Craigslist) in Off Topic

good rule of thumb for ebay/craigslist/any auction site: the second that they mention escrow/western union, in 99% of cases its a scam.

always prefer meeting locally for craigslist, and credit card/paypal for ebay.

#5 ESEA Season 19 VODs in Videos

sorry about the delay on this guys. one of the vods (from the day where we were live for like 4 hours doing nothing) is corrupted, and the other one is giving avidemux some problems.

i checked twitch vods and for the most part they seem in tact when it comes to muting so i'll try to get them up as soon as possible. in the future i'll get this fixed so vods go up much faster.

#12 TF2 update for 8/27/15 in TF2 General Discussion

not sure if anyone else pointed this out but nearly all traces of the spy vs. engi update are gone

edit: there's still some strings left in but a lot of them have been deleted for some reason

#9 Issue with USB peripherals/computer in Hardware

sorry about the small necro, i wanted to update with my solution. reinstalling/updating usb drivers (which windows 10 did as it upgraded my computer) fixed this problem. i also noticed that the microusb connected to my mouse was slightly loose which may have made things worse.
