rockstar raised the price of gta 5 with the bullshit excuse of adding a currency card for gta online (that you can't refund since it isnt covered by valve's refund policy, yay!), so it's back to $60. and you can't add just the game to the card.

was hoping to pick it up in this sale too, for at least a little less money. :(

we couldnt get casters together for this but some people out there probably still want to see it so i'll watch it on my channel. i'll try to get some dudes in mumble or something since i can't solo cast to save my life but i would feel bad if this didnt get at least streamed.

you could try ticking "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings and "automatic low latency mode" in advanced, i have heard this lowers lag people get while streaming but i have no first-hand experience with it.

if you can, try plugging straight into the modem to see if you get the same lag.

it looks flawed because you are heavily generalizing and your evidence consists entirely of "look at this single shitty usb audio card i got from a chinese website, now look at the onboard audio on this motherboard. the chips on the motherboard are bigger, this means that all usb audio cards are worse than the one on my motherboard!" i hope you can understand how that is flawed and why it comes off that way.

the 5v7 thing is definitely a problem with the esea client/server, iirc it happened once in a match i was camming and i experienced it personally another time. as for the second problem, never seen that before but try submitting a ticket to esea with your video so at least they know about it.

what part do you think the actual sound is processed on, thats LITERALLY the part that differentiates sound cards dude.

i switched from a snowball to a modmic in an attempt to both clear desk space and get something that doesnt pick up my blue switches as badly. it's really nice and besides a couple problems i had with mumble (that were related to my non-mobo sound card and not the mic itself) i havent had any issues with it whatsoever.
