i am aware. until you have 3 champs unlocked you cannot duel. that seems pretty stupid. just unlock all heroes for duel mode?

idk you keep saying "not sober" so im assuming weed/pills? if you can smoke some ganj and still function i think you're ok but pills/alcohol tend to get out of control very fast and it's hard to pull yourself out of that shit. stopping weed is as easy as just stopping.
