mumble disconnects every 5-10 minutes

My mumble repeatedly loses connection then reconnects a few seconds later with error message "Server connection failed: Server is not responding to TCP pings."
this happens on every mumble server
I have tried enabling and disabling TCP-only mode and QoS and neither one makes a difference
suggestions? It has been happening ever since I upgraded to windows 10

This team was kind of the dividing point between the lower part of mid-open and low-open. Admittedly these are kind of arbitrary cutoffs I made up in my head, but it kind of makes sense. They had no trouble rolling through the teams listed below, but only won two rounds total to teams I ranked above.

-afk captain makes randomly selected team instead of timing out draft
-last player into server stuck playing medic 90% of them time and they throw because they don't want to
