Dunno if this will help but i think i had a problem very similar to this, it was either because of valves ingame recorder, or the fact is was running a lower resolution (1280 x 720) on my monitor
Ill do it next time i can be bothered.
Also might make a brief tutorial on how to make your own.
liasjust don't encode it, leave it in avi and the quality will be much higher

is it possible to change bit rate in H.264? ive tried it with High Quality (Same size with source) and Full HD (1920 x 1080) and had the same problem.

that vid was done with sc2demo anyway lawena was only used for graphics, however i still get this problem when i use lawena's recorder
im almost certain it has something to do with vegas. Motion blur is off in lawena, sampling is disabled in vegas also

if you stare at the crosshair in this vid it looks blurry and i dont know how to fix it. anyone have any ideas?

if that works then you need to find anywhere in your cfg that changes the crosshair and remove it
