any reason to use this instead of VTFedit
ive tried all of them and none of them worked, i cant change anything related to them.
also they are all set to visible 0
how do i move the targetID and the "being healed by: " panels? i want one above my health and one above my ammo

the pack has the crosshair stark uses + loads more
delete all the weapon files that arent scout weapons
Ye well thats what i use and thats what the tutorial goes through
but it is true you can use stuff like paint.net and even photoshop
