Howdy ya'll, I want to upgrade my existing PC, I will be casually playing games like teamfortress the second, LoL, Tera, GTA V and pretty much every single game coming out this year and that has come out in the past year etc. Would like to play them all in high graphic settings. Already have peripherals, OS, food and monitor
Willing to spend up to around $1000
Specs on my current computer
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590 - What differences are there between 4th gen and 6th processors? and is it worth upgrading?
Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 from Patriot unsure what model
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon R9 270
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX
Power Supply: Some sort of Antec 520w thingy idk it is a bit noisy and I would want to replace it with something quieter.
Would like to add SSD in there as well
I would also like to have a pair of reasonably fashionable casual walking shoes since my current one look like Shrek flipped inside out, my shoes size Mens US 11.5. Don't care on the price as long it can last.

Movement keys delayed

TF2 has been running fine until just recently my movement keys and only my movement keys (WASD) seem to be delayed from when i press it to when i move in game. I've tried binding them to different keys but nothing has changed, every other shortcut I have bound seems to be working fine. Anyone know what's the go here?
