Rodney mullen is one, if not the best skaters in the world and that video is a compilation of very difficult tricks that you will never see in a competition.
#47 already kind of said how I'm feeling, but otherwise maybe it's just me, because I'd love to see some type of skating competition, be it flatground or big ramps or in an area constructed to look like your typical skate park. It's a hobby that takes tremendous skill and balance and should be respected in the sense of it being an olympic sport one way or another. I don't know how difficult curling actually is, but it's visually nowhere near as appealing as skating and yet it's still an olympic sport.

I'm not even sure why this is an argument. One on hand, I'm playing against a good player and I can in time get better and compete with them. On the other hand, I'm shit out of luck unless they're using some shitty public cheat that works half the time (I mean it's 2016, I can't imagine that's a thing anymore)

The piers were always pretty cool and fun to visit. Same goes for Long Beach. If you're looking for amusement parks and what give you, then yeah, Disneyland is great. tbh, depending on where you go, there's always fun to be had by just walking around and exploring, checking out different places. You could easily miss out on somewhere awesome because you went off recommendations only.
