One of our players cannot, for some reason, download Viaduct pro5 and join a server running it. He'll download the map, put it in any sensible folder where you'd place maps and successfully join a server on that map. He's tried placing the file in tf -> maps, tf -> download -> maps and custom -> asdf -> maps. Regardless of where he puts it, trying to join a server on that map results in TF2 stating he is missing that map.

We've run out of ideas and have no idea what to do. pls help

Considering the channel we're discussing here, if consistency is what keeps it popular, there is something wrong if you believe a top 10 series is what is needed. It's not. For the entire time this channel has been alive, I have not remembered it as "the channel that brings us the best ten plays of each month in the year". It has been a channel, to me, that is still going because it covers competitive TF2 (and some stuff non-competitive related) as a whole. Making a significant change to a mere section of that whole, especially for the better, will not harm your channel. This is more so when your channel is not mostly focused on the said subject that needs to be changed.

If there is such a lack of content to where the concept of "top 10" stops being about the best clips of the month and more about "just whatever we get", maybe the series should either cease to be or become annual/seasonal. At this point, personally, I'd be much more interested in a series showcasing the top 10 plays of the ESEA season. It doesn't necessarily need to be ESEA only, but my point is a monthly top 10 series is no longer near the same quality it used to be, and changes should be considered.

edit: I am editing this to make it clear that I am not hating on this recent submission. I enjoyed each clip for what they were individually; however, combined, they do not make a sufficient "top 10".
