This game is hardly playable with incredibly low FPS. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's not easy trying to do well with 40-50 (or less) FPS, let alone trying to improve with it. So doing what you can to increase your FPS is always a good option.

If you're talking about the 10,000+ players who were accidentally banned, then if I remember correctly, their bans were reversed.
