Hallowto be fair he can take steroids and just chill it at the gym few times a week and he'd still put on a large amount of muscle.
Exactly, there was a study in which steroid users that didn't exercise still put on more mass than natty gym goers (http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/steroids-vs-natural/, you can look there even though the don't put the actual name of the study).
But don't pin pls, you probably don't even know to handle the side effects, and it's not like steroids gonna solve all your issues
