how do other Filipinos play competitive

So this happened to me for a second time today, I'm just playing tf2 and then I restart my computer and when I come back my favorite servers tab has been cleared and theres nothing in my recently played servers tab. This has happened another time before.
Has this happened to anyone else? if so is there a fix?

You could always make your own team with players like you, make sure you understand strafing which is very important for scout, sniper is used frequently in competitive and you should keep on practiticing him, play some pugs or lobbies so you can see how you do in a competitive setting

You should watch some YouTube competitive introductions and learn the role of the class you want to play, play some more mge and jump maps until you can consistently top score in a pub, then play some pugs (I don't know the status of competitive in the Philippines area) and once you understand competitive join a team
